all about roses...

Roses are priced by the size of the rose and the length of the stem. Long stem roses are usually too long for a normal vase, requiring a very tall vase or cut stems. So ask for medium length and possibly save money. If your roses do not open, call your florist right away.

In our shop, we prefer medium length roses which places the buds closer together and gives a showy look. We also prefer the bud to have started opening. They look so much prettier than tight little buds, and this doesn't necessarily mean that they are old. Be sure to specify if you want a filler flower included, which will add about $10 to your order. There are lots of fillers that are more interesting than Baby's Breath, including Wax flower, Queen Anne’s Lace, Monty Casino and Heather.
